How can I place an order?

Can I order apparel through you or do I need to provide it?

Either works! We have options to order any type of clothing or accessories that you can think of in bulk or in smaller order sizes. We also accept any item(s) you bring in for customization.

What services do you offer?

We offer high quality screen printing and embroidery services for any thing you could think of. Our offerings include custom designs for apparel, promotional products, and personalized gifts to meet your branding needs. Additionally, we can perform digitization of your logo on site.

Can I see a sample of your work before ordering?

Yes, we offer samples of our previous embroidery and screen printing projects. You can email us for examples and proofs of your order or visit our shop in Bloomington to see the quality of our work firsthand. We want you to be confident in your choice.

How long will it be until my order is ready?

The length of time for an order to be complete depends on the size and complexity of the order. We aim to have orders complete within 1-2 weeks. We will give you an estimate on the timeline when you request an order.

Do you do custom digitization and designs?

Yes, we provide custom design services to help you create unique and personalized apparel or promotional items. Our team works closely with you to ensure your vision is brought to life, whether for business branding or personal gifts. More information can be found under the Services tab.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

What is your return policy for custom orders?

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing error. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
